As Veridooh’s Account Manager, you will play a role in the day to day management of our clients and their campaigns on our world-first measurement and verification platform. You will establish, nurture and grow working relationships with agencies and brands direct to grow our market share and brand. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and work independently whilst also being a team player. Driving revenue via both direct and agency channels is imperative.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Account Manager to lead our service delivery and account management efforts in a brand-new region (USA & Canada). As the first full-time team member in this region, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and driving our growth trajectory in the market.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of client relationship management. You will play a critical role in providing post-sales support, ensuring clients are effectively onboarded, trained, and enthusiastic about adopting our technology solution. A thorough knowledge of our internal processes and technology will be essential as you develop and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through the onboarding process and training sessions. Your goal will be to ensure clients not only understand our product but also see its value and become advocates for our solution.
